Real estate is probably the most important investment a family or an individual makes. I love to help people set goals, create a strategy, and work together as a team to attain those goals.

Seattle:

I have literally traveled the world and lived in a lot of different countries. I was born in the south of France. When I decided to settle down, I chose Seattle because it's a great place to raise a family. The city and the outdoors so close together, the combination of a laid-back atmosphere, and growing economic opportunity have suited me well. This city creates an informal yet productive atmosphere. I have lived in Seattle since 1986. Currently, I reside in the Madrona area.

Education:

My educational experience includes University of Washington studies in Real Estate, Financial Analysis, the Real Estate Re-Owned Process, and Washington State Real Estate Law. I also received a degree in math and physics at the University of Lyon in France. I am licensed by the State of Washington for real estate; I am a member of the King County Board of Realtors, Commercial Broker's Association (CIBA), the Council of Buyer Representatives (REBAC) and member of the Puget Sound Multiple Listing Association; member of the FrancoAmerican Chamber of Commerce. I am a broker in one of the largest real estate brokerages in Washington, specializing in the sale of residential and commercial properties within the Puget Sound area. I worked for The Agromer Company from 1985 to 1988; R. A. Parker and Associates Real Estate from 1989 to 1994; and have worked with Windermere Real Estate since 1994. I have been recognized as a "Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent" in Seattle Magazine by Five Star Professional for providing excellent service to my clients since 2005.

About Me:

Before coming to Seattle, I worked full-time in the fishing industry in Alaska and Australia, marketing seafood internationally out of Paris. My wife is Indonesian, and I have two grown sons and a daughter. With our combined backgrounds, we have a tri-lingual home. I enjoy the outdoors, skiing and hiking. I am a wine enthusiast and Cotes du Rhones are among of my favorite wines.
